14 nationalities, 12 locations, 1 team

Since the beginning of this year alone, our team has grown by eight new members. From backend developers to the management’s right-hand, they have been hired and onboarded. In line with our corporate philosophy, the new employees come from all over and around Europe and work agilely and remotely. To ensure that the team pulls on the same rope despite spatial distance and cultural diversity, the “old” and new team members met in May 2023 for a team meeting in Kirchberg, Austria. Folding boats and hiking During one week, 22 of the 24 team members were allowed to exchange ideas in joint workshops and discuss methods, processes and collaboration. The focus was on agile teamwork, the advantages of which were demonstrated and discussed with the help of paper boats. But enjoyment was not neglected either; delicious food, relaxed hikes and a short city tour of Innsbruck provided balance. We played cards, darts and billiards, sang karaoke and did yoga.
