Anna Riedweg, Public Policy Manager, remembers the earlier system of political monitoring: “We had a chronologically structured Word document that was solid 400 pages long.” It was searchable by keyword, she says, but it lacked an overview and proper structuring. It is also an enormous relief to be notified of important changes at the right moment, rather than having to actively search for the information yourself.
